Return Policy

At Conrad Rose Home Fragrance, we want you to love every scent and product you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit under the following terms:

Eligibility for Store Credit

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible. Last Chance items and promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@conradrose.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item(s) back.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $5.00 restocking fee unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly issue a store credit or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Store Credit Issuance

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued to your account or emailed as a digital gift card.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase at conradrose.com.
